In my latest video, I'm talking about why it's important that we maintain a consistent practise when we meditate. If we were to go to the gym once every six months, we wouldn't expect to gain any noticeable improvement in our overall fitness. The same's true for meditating. If we don't do it regularly, we're never going to get anything meaningful out of it.
